Terms

Last updated 22 August 2026. Not legal advice. Apple’s standard EULA also applies if you download from the App Store.

The service

Frankly Tarot is a reflection journal. Cards and generated text are prompts for your own thinking. They are not fortune-telling, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. We make no promises about outcomes.

Generated readings are produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, bland, or off. You decide what is useful.

Who is offering this

Operated by Digitalthread (placeholder name; not a registered company). [email protected].

Accounts

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for your login. Do not use the app to harm others or to dump someone else’s private life into a prompt without care.

Your content

You keep what you write. You grant us the license we need to store it, show it back to you, and send it to our processors (including the AI vendor) so the product works. We do not claim copyright in your journal.

Crisis

If you are in crisis, this app is not the place to work it out. Use local emergency services or a crisis line. In the United States, 988 is one option.

Paid features

If we later charge through the App Store, those purchases are handled by Apple. Digital goods are not sold outside Apple’s in-app purchase on iOS.

Limitation

The service is provided as-is. Digitalthread is not liable for decisions you make after a reading, or for downtime, or for model output. If a court says some of this cannot apply, the rest still does.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use means you accept the update.
